1. Process Mapping & Requirement Analysis:
   • This is the first step to identify and understand your requirements in detail. This will enable us to understand how the infrastructure will meet your business objectives, and also identify your needs for Voice, Data, Security, Video Conferencing, Managed Services etc.
   • We will also conduct Site assessment at this stage and perform Due Diligence on the fundamental requirements to implement your plans. This includes technology infrastructure available at the site, Leased lines / Fibre connectivity, Safety Compliance etc.
   • We will determine the current state of your IT infrastructure and understand your expectations correctly.
2. Process Optimisation – Design Document and Prototypes
   • We then create design documents considering the best suitable and the latest technology solutions with long term implications and cost elements.
   • The design documents represent criteria developed during the Requirement Analysis, and details all electrical and technical specifications.
   • A typical design document will include IT / Server room, cabling layouts, LAN/ WAN, WiFi solutions, IT Pathway, Distribution plan etc.
   • The design prototypes includes our recommendation in line with your expectations covering full product specifications, costs and delivery schedules.
   • The final design document and design prototypes with multiple options will then be submitted for your consideration and approval.
3. Developments: Iterations, Demos and Feedbacks
   • Having submitted the design documents and design prototypes, we will take your feedback on its suitability to match your expectations.
   • Should this require undergoing any changes, we will go through such iterations with your team, capture those feedbacks and submit them back for your final approval.
   • At this stage, we will submit the complete Project Management schedules with minute breakup for each task involved and the expected timelines for completion.
   • A commercial proposal will also be submitted for completing the entire project for your approval.
4. Production and Technical Support
   • Once approved, the project will then go into the Production mode to procure the required hardware from our approved vendors.
   • Parallel to this, the technical team will plan inhouse allocation of resources, site assessment, pre-installation setups, etc.
   • A dedicated Project Manager from within the team will be allocated to monitor the progress for timely completion.
   • Onsite project implementation will then begin in line with the approved plan.
5. Technology Integration and Final Handover:
   • The final step before go-live is Technology Integration. The objective of this phase is to assist you in the proactive management of the technology infrastructure to ensure everything is implemented to the highest standards.
   • We oversee the entire process including system procurement, configuration, testing and implementation of the complete technology infrastructure.
   • Our Engineers are then onsite day one to ensure a smooth system ‘go-live’ and that users are up and running quickly and easily.
   • A Handover document including site layouts, technical specifications, guidance notes and drawings will then be submitted.
   • A final sign-off confirming successful completion of the project will be documented for records with signatures from both the parties.
